Shopee is e-commerce platform headquatered in Singapore under sea group which founded in 2009 by Forrest Li. Forrest Li is the chairman and group CEO of sea company.He served as a member of singapore's. 30 member commitee on the fuwreconomy co-chaired by minister for finance and minister for trade and industry. Motorola Forrest holds an M.B.A degree from Stanford University's Graduate School of Bussiness and a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University. 

     In 2005, Shopee was launched in Singapore as a social-first marketplace where users can browse,shop and sell on the go.Integrated with logictical and payment support, the asset-light platform aims to make online shopping easy and secure for both seller and buyers. Shopee nowdays  are expanded in Malaysia,Indonesia,Vietnam and Philiphines.

    Shopee does not hold any inventory and relies on 3rd parties. For logistic capabilities , shopee patner with over 70 courier service providers across its markets to provide logistical support for its use. Shopee offers online shopping security through its own service called "Shopee Guarantee". (This is to differentiate with another app-based platform like Lazada and Tokopedia.In ,Malaysia and Indonesia , Shopee becomes the commerce most visited other than Tokopedia and Lazada.
