7 key system elements in shopee

Input of Shopee

Input is a resources from environment that are consume and manipulated within the system. In shopee user is required to sign up before they can use the system.

Then user must log in the Shopee by key in their email and password. they can also log in by using their facebook or sms for a faster log in.
If user want to buy any product :

1. select the products you want and "check out".
2. enter your delivery address.
3. choose your shipping option,and leave a message to the seller to notify them.
4. select your preffered payment method
5. then tap on"place order" to proceed.

Resources of product provided to the environtment by the activities within the system. 

After sign up user will receive the verification email from shopee. then, user must log in again for using the services. the system will display the product of any brand from any country that user would like to purchase.

Storage

process through which data is save. it enable a computer to retain data either temporarily or permenantly.

1. when user sign up all data were save in the system including our phone number,username and password.
2. after log in user must wait for the system to verify the data that have been insert to the system.
3. the system will save the product that we have add to cart.

Components

Process  within the system that transform input into intermediate form. Also called subsystem or modules.

1. Shopee system will process user data after user registration.
2. it will process user id authenfication and password.
3. after user add to cart the products,it will process and analyze it for user references
4. It also calculate total pay for products that user would like to purchase.

Environment

Environment is everything outside the system .Environment will provide assumption,constraint and input to the system.

1. user must have email for eligible to sign in the shopee
2. user must have an account for banking,

Interfaces

A shared boundary accrosed which two or more seperate components of a computer system exchange information.

1) computer. 

      -   people  can used computer for sign up and for registration .

      -   after verify , it will show the account of their's and people can do online shop. 

2)  keyboard .

      -   people should insert the email and password before the system could verify it.

3)  handphone . 

      -   people can sign in through the phone screen .

      -   after verify, people can survey  their things that they have add to cart and the interfaces will              transelate the information .

Boundary


Boundary is something with separating system from surrounding that function to analyze which elements within the system. It is assumed that elements within the boundary are more easily changed than those outside.

1. Shopee sells variety of product such as clothes,shoes,home&living,gadjet etc. 
2. Target customer for shopee are all southeast asia customer that willing to buy online.
